Social visual bookmarking site Pinterest isAbrilfor board titles and other large type. Abril Text is rational with fairly hefty serifs, bringing Pinterest.com's type closer in line with the headline face for the Sentinel, which is not yet publically available for web use. For all other text, Pinterest sticks with the safety of Neue Helvetica. The redesign was led by Jason Wilson, who is responsible for a variety of high profile efforts, including an Apple.com refresh in 2007 and a variety of Adobe interfaces.

The recently releasedAdelle Sansis also used sporadically throughout the site, most visibly in theProxima Novafor dates, labels, and tabs.

The Pinterest logo, despite many requests for font identification, is not made of type but of custom lettering by Michael Deal and Juan Carlos Pagan.
