CEL Development's new industrial building in Pasir Panjang, Singapore was designed to look unique as well as to take full advantage of ocean views. Zebra designed the brand identity for the development. In collaboration with ad agency TFO we helped position 100 Pasir Panjang as an iconic industrial building offering an upmarket, premium business experience.

The logo itself was created to match the unique look of the building, with the details of the identity mirroring its quirky slatted design. The monospaced typefaceCPMonofit perfectly alongside the '100' logotype.
