Vó Tereza's first EP Não Repare a Bagunça ("Don't Mind the Mess") features five original songs that mix rock, soul and funk. The laid-back yet dance-oriented sound was first presented at Pé na Grama, a monthly event that takes place in a public park in São Paulo.

The EP's title brought up the idea of juxtaposed layers of papers and letters that together form the cover.
