I'm told Hollands Spoor, the neighborhood around historical Den Haag HS train station, is not an appealing, but this charm campaign won me over as soon as I stepped off the train. The billboards advertise an ongoing effort to refurbish an area that is seen by some as derelict, unpleasant, and unsafe.
