This is the logo for a rental bike system in the city of Nantes, western France. Bicloo is the private local company that operates the system and is a subsidiary of JCDecaux. Decaux bills itself as the largest outdoor advertising company in the world, which means mostly billboards and posters at bus stops. The local operators of each of their 23 bike rental systems in Europe gets a 10-year contract for billboards in their city in return for running the bike business.
